All information collected is only held by Halo on secure servers. Halo is a fully insuranced, Cyber Security and Cyber Security Plus company with its own Compliance Officer to guarantee data protection

No other parties are able to access the Halo user interface other than those with ascribed accounts and those permitted by care recipients and the immediate families

Installed sensors are all battery operated (except in rare cases) and are affixed to surfaces using adhesive tape. There is no requirement to “re-wire” a property or cause external aesthetic damage

Our team work alongside occupational therapists (OTs) and care workers to tailor each installation to the individual requirements of each care recipient.

    – 1 - an initial consultation occurs

2 – An inventory is composed of the number and types of devices to be installed

3 – The Installation Team will install all devices at a property

4 – User access (usernames and passwords) will be used to all parties

5 – Halo systems will start passively monitoring and protecting care recipients
